Resting seems to be in order!

I Didn't realize how tired I was until I slept from the night before all day yesterday until this morning!
 I was done!
"Dad was on his own the whole day", HUMMMMMMMMMMM!
Dad is doing good, he does best when he is home, where he can walk in "circles"
{"I ask him am I ready to be tied to a stake?"} Or shot with an arrow", I guess it's an Island thing! any who-
I Love this man so much, Lord bless him! we are thankful for everyday the Lord gives us.
I woke up refreshed today--- thank the Lord.
We went to the dump, went for a ride, had a bite to eat, and came home. We are thankful for today, and Blessed to have a nice warm home and fire to enjoy,
"we had a hail storm come through and its a cold 39 degrees"
We laugh about things, not to make fun, "laughing takes the sting" out of what is really going on in Dad!
He struggles to do daily chores, they seem to take him considerably longer than normal just because his mind is trying to figure out what, how, the way, what ever he is doing should be done. His Left hand is almost a dead player so it makes it hard for him to grip, hold on, grab. Frustration is evident because the task becomes difficult, he's seeing what to do but his brain is is not telling the rest of his body what to do,
it's like there's is a dead zone, which then takes him longer to finish the simple task or project he started.
When we talk, he converse's well, but then he will pause and it may take him a minute or two to remember what he was saying to me to finish his thought. We went to the hardware store and within 30 minutes Dad  said he needed to go to the car, he had a "part" he needed to get and in just that short time, {questions,or being questioned he became frustrated, confused},
the fella helping him did not know anything was going on,
what Dad was experiencing  overwhelmed him, he can't control what's going on inside of him, he just knows he needs to book out of there remove himself from the place or thing or person!
It could have been how fast the guy was talking, moving, picking up different parts, the building,a smell,
This was to much all at once for dad to compute it was like the walls were closing in on him!
for me it was normal!
Unpredictability of this Brain Tumor  is very difficult.
A brain tumor takes up space within the skull and can interfere with normal brain activity. It can increase pressure in the brain, shift the brain or push it against the skull, and/or invade and damage nerves and healthy brain tissue. Each day can be very different, this has been such a gradual process that what I think is normal is not, Dad has what we see as many good days, because we are living with these adversities on a daily basis that when something new arises we have to pay close attention to see if this is now another symptom to add to his other deficits!
We just keep close attention so we know how to deal--- with how we will do--- our day,
are we safe to go out or is this a day at home? This is pretty much how we gauge our days. We do not plan to far ahead one day at a time.
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! 26:3
Great peace have they who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble.Psalms 119:165
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:13
We lean heavily on Christ Jesus, when we are weak Jesus is our strength, he has proved his faithfulness to us everyday by allowing us to have another day to Glorify Him, to testify that it is Jesus who holds our futures.
We have endeavoring days, that test our patients, Dad and I know with out Jesus Christ as our advocate we are "2 Dead heads" in the water! We give all the Glory to our Lord Jesus for holding us up.We confess that the Lord has been merciful and has comforted us with a wonderful, amazing comfort. We confess a love of Our Lord Jesus for us that surpasses anything the human mind could imagine. Our Heavenly Father knows what happens to His children far before the situations come upon them.
our names are written on the palms of His hands. We rejoice and put all of our hope and Glory in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Thank you for keeping us in prayer,
